At piotos.com, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. We have designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and compliant with consumer protection standards.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Damaged items: The product arrived physically damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects
Wrong item received: You received an item that does not match your order

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or quantity (please review your order carefully before submitting)
Minor cosmetic variations from product images (due to monitor/screen differences)
Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@piotos.com within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or incorrect item
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost upon approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Items returned without prior authorization
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items not in their original condition (used, damaged by customer, missing packaging)
