Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Shop Pay — all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: We begin processing orders quickly. Please contact us at support@piotos.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications after processing has begun.

Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS and processed through PCI DSS-compliant Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details.


Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping is FREE on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–10 business days via standard shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package on the carrier's website.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns only for damaged items or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

Q: How do I request a return? A: Email support@piotos.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Can I exchange an item? A: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no charge.

Q: Are your smart home products compatible with Alexa and Google Home? A: Compatibility varies by product. Please check the individual product page for compatibility details.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty? A: Product warranty information is listed on each product page. For warranty claims, please contact us at support@piotos.com.


Account & Privacy

Q: Do I need an account to place an order? A: No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for future purchases.
